INCLUDED ACTIVITIES

Swim and Gym
Three day conferences will have access to the Utah State Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building for a set time period. During this time you will have access to the swimming pool, basketball and racquetball courts.

  • Youth Conferences held in June will only have access to the pool and racquetball courts, all gyms will be unavailable due to USU Basketball camps
  • Participants must bring their own towels
  • All participants will need to take a shower before entering the pool in order to keep away the bacteria Kryptosperidia from entering the swimming pool

Aggie Games

  • Crazy relays, ultimate Frisbee, climbing wall, water games, our famous Aggie Ice Cream, and a variety of other activities are organized and supervised by our energetic staff for an afternoon of fun.

Dance

  • A dance with our professional DJ will be held in the USU Fine Arts Courtyard for all the youth conference groups attending the same week. All lighting, music, and activities will be in good taste and will be set by your conference coordinator.
    • Dress for the dance is semi-formal: ties, slacks, and nice shirts for the guys; modest skirts or dresses for the girls.

Movie under the Stars

  • Wind down after the dance by getting in your pajamas, grabbing your pillow and blanket and watching a family friendly show under the stars.
    • In the event of bad weather the movie will be shown in doors.

Meals

Breakfast Buffet
An all you can eat assortment of breakfast options from cold cereal and bagels to eggs, bacon and pancakes and everything in between served in our student cafeterias.

Picnic Lunch
Enjoy an Apple Spice brown bag lunch served picnic style out on the Quad. Each participant will get a ham, turkey, or roast beef sandwich served on freshly made bread, with a bag of chips, soft drinks and/or water, and a delicious, freshly baked cookie.

Lunch/Dinner Buffet
All lunch and dinner buffets will be served in the student cafeteria. Each meal includes one entree; vegetables; a choice of rice, potatoes or pasta; salad bar; desert; fruit; and a variety of beverages.

Team Building Activities
Let our staff facilitate team building activities that will expand your group's teamwork, communication, problem solving, and goal setting capabilities.
Cost: based on number of participants and length of program

USU Challenge Course
The Challenge Course offers a two to eight hour program. Whether communication, leadership, or teambuilding is your main focus, the staff at the course is highly trained and capable of providing a learning experience beneficial to all in a unique setting. Importance of Higher Education Seminar
This is a one hour activity that allows our USU ambassadors to talk about higher education and to highlight the great opportunities and programs at Utah State University. A tour of campus can be added to this seminar if you wish.
