Our group packages are jam-packed with all the fun activities and events we can squeeze into two or three days! Planning on your part is easy and less stressful! With two packages available with options to customize your conference to your needs.
2 - Day Package
50 people = $102.00 per person
200+ people = $88.00 per person
3 - Day Package
50 people = $150.00 per person
200+ people = $136.00 per person
Your group must have a minimum number of 50 people at youth conference, if you have less than 50 participants attend your group's youth conference you will still pay for 50 participants. A final guarantee of numbers is due 30 days prior to your group's youth conference at USU.
After you have contacted us and made a youth conference reservation, your registration will only be complete after we receive your safety deposit. A safety deposit of $500 is required for wards and $1,000 for stakes – this deposit is nonrefundable if your group cancels. This deposit will be refunded to you 30 days after your youth conference, if your group incurs any fines or fees throughout your conference here at USU, they will be subtracted from this safety deposit. The last day to withdraw your group's reservation for youth conference is March 31, 2024.
When we have received your safety deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with an information packet to get your group started for youth conference! We will be sending important information for deadlines and planning tools beginning in January.
